How much do they cost?

Based on A3 size, Life Drawing:

$29 each person for caricature(cartoon) black and white, $48 each person for colour.

$48 each person for portrait (realistic style) black and white, $98 each person for colour.

If higher quality is needed, then go for detailed drawings, price is around $128~$219 each person.

From Photo will depends on your need, There are lots of variations. Price will start from $58.  Pencil drawing is the most preferred and cost A$218 per head on A3 sized specialized drawing paper.     

How long does it take?

A standard black and white caricature from sitting is about 2 minutes each person.

Astandard black and white portrait from sitting is around 8~10 minutes each person.

From Photo, usually take up to a day to complete.

This original pencil drawing, 120 CM tall,  was a part of basic training during the art college study when John Chen was 18 years old.  It took one week to complete.
